Greggs — Restaurant in England

I've been using the drive thru service here now for a few months and in general i think its a great service the staff work hard, but today i walked in store not busy at all i waited to be served and i ordered my usual breakfast bun, i got back to my vehichle to eat and the bun had not been cut properly in half the meat fell out and when i tasted the meat it tasted of soap or bleach like it had been stuffed in there with some sort of chemical on it after my 2nd bite i started feeling ill and i spat it out feeling sick i decided to write this review as there is no where else i can speak to someone. Im quite discusted at the attitude of the staff after mentioning a bad experice too. Complete denial of wrong doing and refused to do anything...

I've only been in this Greggs a few times but it's always had fully stocked fridges & cabinets. The staff serve as quickly as they humanly can! And are always polite & friendly.
