The best Gregg's store for quality and is speed of service goes to Billingham station road ! When demand is high early morning and cue's start ! All staff come forward and give full quality service to the customer so waiting time is reduced to 1 or 2 minutes even though they are leaving other jobs ! All staff here work so close as a team and communication with each other that demand never run short on demand ! But all staff here at station road Billingham are so polite friendly and helpful and it is such a pleasure to get bacon butty and coffee ! This store deserves a gold medal it is the best in the whole area with a rating of 10 I do visit stores elsewhere here my ratings. Portrack 2 poor service ride bye. Norton 9 lack of car parking but good Darlington 1 poor service slow. Ingleby barwick 8 good all-round. Preston farm ! Slow talking to much to customers as if they are on holiday ! Odd customer service. Asked if there were any sausages rolls available? Jordan’s reply was no just the ones in the multi buy bag very abruptly. I then asked if there was any chance I could have one from them seeing as they are the only ones. Only to be told no I’m not allowed.
