Greggs — Restaurant in England

I visited here with my son. The place was dirty, dusty with fingerprints all over the windows glass etc. and thick with buzzing flies. When we went to the counter we were pretty much ignored until the assistant had to speak to us and she looked at us as if we had been scraped off her shoe. My son asked for a pizza box and she didn't know what one was and she asked another assistant who very clearly by the look on her face didn't want to be bothered to make one and after another dirty look and many eye rolls she stomped off to do it. I asked for some ketchup to go with my pasty and was told no because I didn't buy food from the hot cabinet. I offered to buy it but was told no they didn't sell it to customers who didn't buy from the hot cabinet. I will not visit there again and this review has only one star because I...

I ordered a toasted cheese and ham baguette with wedges, a margherita pizza slice and a box of 4 donuts (2 custard, 2 jam) along with a red bull and an orange lucazade, all of it was lush! Can't go wrong with Greggs, never had any bad food from the one at North Point but I wanted to particularly pop a review on for a nice little 'enjoy :)' on the bag. Just been to the NEW Greg's in Bransholme Centre. BRILLIANT!....Light, Bright, Big...Great team, team. It was a very busy Friday Lunch time, I had 2 sausage rolls, I requested them warm/ hot, served by a lovely friends member of staff, who went to get me my request and a cappuccino! The sausage rolls were perfect, as was the coffee. I found a great seat by the window. Thoughts enjoyed my experience here, great atmosphere and ambience. Thanks to all concerned. Great place. Defo...
