Greggs — Restaurant in England

Well deeply disapointed (see earlier reveiw below) got rubbish service and left dissapointed was left a reveiw answer by a senior staff person so thought ill forgive them drove their this evening with colleagus from work after a hard day as website says open till 8:30 and its cloded do you people even know when you open and close id steer clear they havent a clue

Got there a good 15 mins before closing to order a coffee in the freeezing cold and sit down for 5 mins to warm up normally a regular customer in every week never been issue just to told now sorry get out into the cold we close in 15 mins dont care if you only wanna sit for 5 andxdont care youve wasted your money on coffee that you cant walk and drink cause youll soull will never put another penny across their counter will do my best to make sure others dont either...

I will never return here. I have been before and had nice customer service however today that wasn't the case. I bought some sausage rolls and was served but a very rude employee. She told me to get sauces myself and didn’t look me in the eye when asking if I had the app. She used 0 manners when asking for payment and has charged me twice and when I confronted her about it, she refused to give me a refund. Meanwhile she was telling the girl behind her that she was too “loud” in a very rude manner. Food was cold when I ate it in the car outside, and I will never spend money...

I'd never been to this Greggs, prior to 30 April 2025. It was very easy to get to, with plenty of parking available.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the store was immaculate and very clean and the service was fast and pleasant.

I love Greggs chicken bakes, ham and egg salad rolls and tuna crunch baguettes.

Service was very quick and warm.

Will absolutely be returning to this branch again in the future!
