Grosmont Station Tea Room — Restaurant in England

Not happy!! We come up here every year to visit where my husband's family scattered his Mum's ashes. This year, the normal trail we used was blocked by trees. We found a path around. Then we went to go to the station tea room for a bacon butty and cuppa. NOT happening. NO hot food and NO hot drink. And to top it off, the toilets were locked and we had to walk down the street to use the other toilets!!! Since when did this change? My first trip to Yorkshire, Grosmont and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. I had the most delicious gluten free carrot cake at the Grosmont Tea Shop.
