A wonderful destination for anyone who lives or visiting Bridport , we stayed just by Morrisons and it was a short 5 min walk away , so perfect place to brunch. We also popped in for coffee and lunch on our way to West Bay , which was a lovely pit stop before our walk . Not only are there many gorgeous treasures to look at including , handmade gifts , ceramics , beautiful cards , vintage clothes... the list does go on !!! There are many many wonderful plants and outdoor accessories for gardens for sale .

It really is the perfect place to meet friends , hanging in the outdoor / indoor open area . Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere , met with yummy coffee and handmade cake !!!

FOOD - Being a foody of course I had to try a few things on the menu ! Firstly for lunch I had the special which was a deliciously rich hearty coconut curry served with handmade chutney which you can pick up in store ..( Do it .. its divine !) Next I had the Bruschetta which was perfectly seasoned and a good portion size for a hungry walker . I also had the Avocado , cheese and sweet chili sandwich , again so yummy and all meals came with homegrown micro herbs as well as leaves and nasturtiums from the Grow slow garden !!!!

Look forward to returning for a mooch around , americano and a good tour of...

Having driven pass this unassuming high walled building on numerous occasions, today we decided to see what was behind the wall, see what it was all about And WOW we were not disappointed The Grow Slow Nursery offer a varied selection of the usual and not so usual plants and garden ornaments The shop offered a small selection of local produces Old vintage items, vintage clothing and some amazing arts and crafts The shop leads to a large barn covered outside seating area First thought was, WOW what a great place to hold a private function The Pack Horse Cafe is very laid back, tranquil and relaxing, with and amazing vibe. And although we didn't partake in the vegan and vegetarian friendly breakfast and lunch menu, we did however partake in a slice of homemade Plum and Ginger Cake, delicious. Great Nursery, Great Shop, Great Licensed Cafe, Great...

This place is definitely quirky, maybe a little too much for my liking. It feels like you've sat down in the middle of a car boot sale. So the menu is all vegetarian/vegan, but there's no way of knowing until you actually get given the menu, and even then it's not overly clear. My grandparents were totally oblivious until they saw that their 'bacon' looked somewhat unusual. The service wasn't spectacular; my grandms ordered an Americano, but received a regular coffee. They weren't very fast despite the lack of customers, and we actually had to tell them that we wanted to order food, else we would've been forgotten. If you like veggie/vegan restaurants, you'll like it here. I just wish that you knew before you...

Wanted something different whilst visiting the coast other than fish & chips so type in google for cafes near me and up pinged this one being the closest. So what can I say apart from one word WOW, as most reviews say it’s definitely quirky with a unusual collection of items for sale, but the one thing I went there for was food, and I was not disappointed. I had the woodland and oyster mushrooms with spinach on a sourdough toast with a helping of tamarisk herd salad and it was made to order and very tasty. Definitely will be coming back

My boyfriend and I have come to the local area for a couple of days as today is his birthday- this wonderful shop offered lots of beautiful and unusual wonders to view and buy. We had lunch in the cafe.. we had soup of the day, woodland oyster mushrooms with spinach on sourdough toast, tostada con tomate, mocha walnut cake, Victoria sponge- and shared the lot- it was fresh delicious and I would definitely come back again! There were lots of choices for hot and cold drinks too. Service was second to none.

Vegan Cafe in a covered outdoor area. We had items with eggs though. Very tasty. Took a while for the food to come but considering its coming from a converted trailer, and one person, it was fine. I'm just grateful we got there when the place was mostly empty. It filled up quickly after us though. Take a coat but it's a lovely calm environment with lots to look at and buy.
