Hamilton's Tea Room — Restaurant in England

We always get a superb welcome from Steve & Sandra at Hamilton's, even though we are from 'over the water' (1 mile away) in Carperby. Today I had a superb pork and mushroom pie (a special) but I often have the ham salad or a toastie, while my wife usually has a soup & sandwich combo. The coffee's good, the banter's great and the prices are reasonable. Go here soon, spend some money, so maybe Steve can calm down about how much the new coffee machine...

Called in about 1 ish one day last week. Sat in the garden with a wonderful view. Owner Steve was very sociable when serving. We had a lovely wensleydale cheese and yorkshire pickle sandwich and a beef and horseradish along side a lovely salad and crisps which was very nicely presented and very tasty Will definitely call again next time we are in the area. An immaculately kept and well run cafe catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Both internal and external seating is available, and service is prompt, polite and efficient.
