Holywell Pizza — Restaurant in England

My dad went here today for doner meat chips and garlic for my mam. It was just after 4 so not long opened, waited 5 minutes and received food. Dad got home gave it to mam and she found the doner meat to be stale (like been heated up from a previous day.) The chips were undercooked, garlic was fine. Mam rung up and complained, woman told her to come and get a replacement straightaway. Dad Went in and was told to wait for a hour, woman was abrupt and insincere. Dad went a hour later and was told differently that he was not going to get any replacement although mam complained, the original food wasn't returned to them (this was not requested it went in the bin) and she had waited a hour after purchasing the food to complain (it was only approx half a hour at most.) Our family have been going here for over a year since moving home here and never had a problem until now. Good customers who spend 20 pounds a time regularly and we get treated like this. Absolute disgrace. Familiarity breeds contempt comes to mind....

If I could of gave it zero stars I would of, absolutely disgusting attitude, I placed my order for the first time while visiting family, 3 times I told the man on the phone the address (very poor english) so i took my time to spell it out slowly and got told 45mins, had a missed call from delivery driver who said the address didn't exist and a woman came to the door and said she hadn't ordered, so what is it? It didn't exist or the woman hadn't ordered?! I said well that wasn't me and I was stood outside waiting for him. Tried ringing again he didn't answer then when I rang the shop back I got told it wasn't their problem and to ring the driver! I won't be using that place I'm actually surprised they have any custom at all now looking on...

Rude staff I ring up to place order and guy on phone said sorry can't hear u speak English sorry but I'm English I was born hear and this will be getting report to the police 🚨 I will not stand for this how many more people have these done this to how many kids

first time trying I will never be come back and I will make sure my family dont as well and this is being reposted on Facebook,twitter and instagram as why should we stand for it

As for food chicken gyro was not wot it is it should always come with salad and mint sauce on that is a gyro

Only good thing about this company is the delivery driver was polite and well spoken for the delivery driver...
