Hotpot Takeaway — Restaurant in England

I as a chef of 25 years was very saddened when I went to order food last Thursday the 17/02/2022 but the online service was saying that the Hotpot was closed. So as a loyal customer I phoned up the shop to see if they were open or not. I was met with chap saying the website is working Innit go check now Innit. This immediately put me and my guests of 8 off from ordering. This has happened 3 times now and find it very rude and disrespectful to an ordering customer that also puts wages in their pocket. I have ordered from hotpot several times now. The food quality always tends to be at 4/5 or 5/5. The standard is high. It is clear they take pride in their cooking and serving quality food. The delivery time was the full 40 minutes, but was certainly worth it.

On the first time I ordered, I ordered pizzas and to my delight they made their own pizza bases a huge difference between pizzerias that don't and do. The chicken tikka in nan has also been spot on. Fresh chicken pieces at the right size, cooked with their own blend of spice and cooked well, covered in the requested sauces and interlaced with fresh salad.
