Tazze Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in England

If I could, I would give -1. We have been ordering from Tazze many times and we have always loved our service and food that has been delivered. Unfortunately this will be our very last time giving our money to them and we rather go elsewhere. We ordered quite a lot of food and one of the order items was Turkish bred, which we love and always have been amazed of softness and pleasant aroma, today however we had STALE, MOULDY stench all over our apartment. When we tried to address this to Tazze staff was utterly rude over the telephone and was insisted that we are wrong and bred is ''freshly baked'' from today. I doubt that fresh bread would have stale smell and taste. Manager Abdul as his staff is lacking of customer service and advised that it is not his problem, as we ordered our food via Just Eat, where they have signed themselves up.It is shame that one can be spoken in such manner and provide poor food and customer service, needless to day, we were frightened to continue our meal which costed us £37 , mainly for stale bread. I’ve ordered from this place few times, always very happy with the food. However, today I am very disappointed because the Turkish Bread was stinking as being stale.

I’ve called the restaurant, they were rude and arrogant on the phone, denying the issue saying they can’t help, because their product is always fresh, when clearly its not as I have the proof in front of me.

My girlfriend also tried to call them, to which she got the reply that we’re not their customer because we ordered through just-eat, so it’s not their problem. really? unbelievable.

Honest review. Got a variety of burgers, starters and sides. Spent £55 and store knew I was a new customer because the receipt said so. Burgers were filled with the oddest selection of salad and close to cold. Some of the chips were not fully cooked and others seemed reheated by taste. Food was mediocre. 4/10 just because the delivery driver was very nice & apologised about the 1hr 30 delivery time.
