KFC Bristol Gordano - M5 Services — Restaurant in England

I called in on a Friday evening around 7pm. There were 5 staff fulfilling orders and two in the back cooking. The food holding area for hot food was full and there was someone preparing drinks. However it still took 35 minutes for me and my daughter to receive our food after we had ordered. The waiting times for all customers, from what I could see, was around the same 35 minutes as I wasn't the only customer getting frustrated. The KFC restaurant was no busier than Burger King or Subway and their food seems to be serves just like any normal fast food restaurant within about 3 minutes. When I finally got my food it was served with chips just thrown into the main bag and not as warm as it could been. I ask for a refund and got it, but I was still shocked with the lack of reason for the delay. I would rate zero stars...

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by KFC at Gordano Service Station, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Despite arriving close to closing hours, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their positive attitude and efficiency made me feel right at home. The service was prompt, and my order was prepared with care. The food itself was delicious, cooked to perfection with that signature KFC flavor. Overall, I was highly impressed by the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff at Gordano Service Station. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone passing...

I'd heard rumours about how bad they are and apparently they were right. Ordering from Uber Eats left them with no accountability for the major mistakes they made.

I ordered a 3pc chicken meal with fries and a Pepsi. I didn't recieve the chicken.

The 2pc chicken meal was fine, however, I had ordered 1 gravy alongside that. They sent 2.

Then, extra fries came from nowhere. Where did they get the idea to change my 3pcs of chicken for extra fries and gravy? I am fuming. I only ordered from Gordano because Cribbs wasn't available at the time. Never again. I'll wait for Cribbs branch next time. Meanwhile, I'm gonna be left...
