KFC Oswestry - Maebury Road — Restaurant in England

The state of cleanliness was disgusting. Despite there being no queues, few customers and at least seven visible staff, there were many unclean tables, food and rubbish on the floor. I watched staff come into the customer area and walk out again with not even a glance. This is the worst KFC outlet I have visited in many a year. I usually prefer McD (their chips are better) but my wife enjoys KFC and it was here turn to choose. She too was not pleased by the experience. Despite the number of staff the food took longer to arrive and the chips were not hot. I took many photos. Other areas were actually worse (eg by entrance to toilets) but I did not have time to take more photos; maybe in-store CCTV will show it. Please note that I will be adding these images to my social media accounts if your response is less than satisfying and is just a mish-mash of boiler-plate paragraphs (your experience is important, we take .... seriously etc). This outlet was a poor example of a KFC restuarant and I am sure you will want to take prompt action..... Over to you. Oh, we pass this KFC often so we will be back to see if things...

We dont get KFC very often with the exception of my youngest son who used to absolutely loves their fries. Staff have always been friendly especially a guy called Liam he has served us quite a few times now via the drive-thru and is always very polite and professional. Ive eaten in only twice before and service and food was more than adequate dispite not tasting to me as good as it used to in the 90s. The restaurant is in a good location but the parking and drive-thru can be hectic to say the least especially when it is busy.

Update: Went recently, drive trough was as slow and hectic as ever food was awful fries have a new coating which makes them taste funny plus the ones we where given where cold.Chicken was some of the worst ive ever had thoes famous 11 herbs and spices where seriously lacking i couldn't taste anything resembling KFC. The service was very slow but the few staff i encountered where pleasant KFC is more expensive now than its ever been its also the worst tasting its ever been bring back how it used to be and get some more staff it seems like they run a skeleton crew most of the...

Came here to try the Zinger Double Down burger. Used the drive-thru. Was given the normal double-down (not the Zinger version I specifically went there for) and was not given any serviettes or condiments such sachets of salt, nor was I offered them. Other KFC outlets I've been to recently have consistently put serviettes and salt sachets etc in the bag without asking... This is a must I feel, as you're using your hands to eat a meal than can be greasy and messy, inside ur car. And if u drive away a fair distance (like I did on this occasion as I had to be somewhere on time) it's too late to go back and ask for these things and request a replacement. Plus I had no receipt to prove I'd bought the meal from there anyway. Luckily I had some tissue in the boot to wipe my hands with but this situation shouldn't be occurring. It's a simple thing to throw a few serviettes into a bag for all drive-thru customers who can't get them themselves (unlike eat-in customers who can). Not happy with...
