KFC Trowbridge - Bradley Road — Restaurant in England

Fast food far from it, went sunday, arrived at 7pm waited 55 minutes for food, which I went to counter to order as I'm allergic to mayonnaise, I made this clear! Eventually after getting food, half order was missing, mayonnaise in the wrap, around 18 of us waiting as well as delivery drivers, the manager vikija or whatever her name was completely, useless, unhelpful, just seem to get in the other staffs way causing more confusion, also she made out there was language barrier but don't think she could even read. Your boy in there Mohammed top man should actually be the manager came threw slamming orders out, actually dealing with the staff organizing them, and excelled on customer service! I understand being understaffed and often hear about the shocking service but can honestly after sitting for over an hour they have a major management problem, one bloke was waiting for 2 drinks and wraps 75mins luckily he got a refund. The only reason I didn't is because of the legend Mohammed and I no longer wanted to deal with the female manager but spent £25, was missing spicy hotwings, a burger and 2 pieces of original as well as being nearly poisoned by mayo in the wrap which after being replaced was cold but edible....

Ordered my food, left, drove home and my food was wrong, nothing was in the bag that I actually ordered apart from chips! I of course was very unhappy with this! I am not in a position I can just drive back down to the store as I have to baby sit, I tried calling the store 20 times, even tried to call chippenham a good 8 times just to see if there is anything they can do (possibly send me out another order or even a refund over the phone so I can order from elsewhere and not go hungry!) No answer! Absolutely fuming I will advise you to think twice before stopping at this kfc, they can’t even answer a simple phone call! Yet when I was in the store they all seem laid back, lazy and not busy at all! I think they just can’t be bothered to answer the phone! I want a refund for this I will not stop until I get my refund this is appalling customer service! A good nearly £30 down the drain!

I will never return unless this issue gets resolved…

I have been enjoying KFC for many years. Today, 21/06/2025 @15:00 and received the worst Customer service ever experienced. At the drive through, the display screens outside, only 1 of 3 were working, the first window was closed with a sign stating such. I drove around to the next window to try and place an order. I was immediately met with hostility from a skinny young lad, who appears to be needing a wash and clean clothing. He pointed out to me that I needed to drive back around and place the order via the window speaker, because he wanted to take the order via his headset. I explained the window was closed and the sign stated so. He then proceeded to say, I should go back around. I asked if it was possible to place the order at the current window, due to the already experienced inconvenience. He sighed and said, if you must. At this point, I believe he was not in the correct professional mindset to take my order and only imaged what he might have done to the food. I apologised and drove to McDonalds, where I was greeted heartily...
