Back in March we dine in at kfc- friends and family with kids! The restaurant have parking fine restrictions which we weren’t aware of. But an hour restriction in a restaurant with kids is not enough, we waited a while for our food as well. We emailed kfc to kindly ask to remove the fine. My friend who was with me at the time was managed to get his fine remove basically the same month. While mine still pending and now with debt collector! KFC was just responding with “we are waiting respond to our Bedford management”. I have requested for the cctv to use for our appeal to showed how long we waited, kfc respond was “their cctv is not working due to technical issue” how convenient! They remove my friend fine asap is because he provided his work ID (working for armed forced) - which is funny and yet left mine unresolved. How do you treat people differently and unfair is ridiculous. I didn’t know showing a work ID is mandatory. I have not return at the restaurant since then nor even have any kfc!! Read moreOur first visit to this location and on walking in found it to be spotlessly clean. We used the display ordering system and found that very straightforward to use. It wasn't long before we were called up to collect our food, which was all very well presented and all very warm. We all enjoyed our meals, not leaving anything. We enjoyed it so much we then decided to order desserts. We all ordered ice cream. I was called over by the manager due to a fault with the machine. He only managed to get 5 of the six made before it malfunctioned. He was very apologetic and offered to refund it or replace it with another dessert item.
