Been quite a few times but finally had enough of the poor customer experience. Youths staffing the place who frankly just can’t be bothered with their job or customers. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through queue. No sorry for the wait, kiss my backside or whatever. Miserable staff on this occasion. No matter what time I go they never have food ready. It’s far from fast food. Drove away got home, no salt, tissues or sauces. Just the basic order thrown in a bag. Really struggling to say anything positive about the Albert Road branch and I’ve been a number of times. It’s just a shoddy couldn’t care less outlet. Yet again I had the misfortune to make a purchase from the KFC Branch at Yarm Road Retail Park, Darlington Last evening. I waited 20 minutes, picked up my food, travelled 4 miles home to discover the order was wrong and the fully loaded meals containing the fillets both regular and Zinger were black and tough.
All was duly returned to the relevant store where a full refund was sought and given .
You really need to get your act together – I am thoroughly disgusted with KFC at the moment and will totally boycott your company.

My order didn't turn up , the girl answering the phone explained they are seperate from the just eat driver that had gone offline which is fine but as an employee in customer service you could have tried to solve the issue in some way for me or at least be understanding of why I am annoyed, I wasn't called to be told my order wouldn't turn up because the driver was offline, I would at least expect that... I paid for the order.. didn't even suggest for me to pick it up I think you just wanted to close.. as you said you don't know how long it will take for me to get my money back through just eat so that helps ... Just gonna go to...
