Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Pricing at KFC Drive-Thru (LE4 2RD Location)
Dear KFC Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your KFC drive-thru located at LE4 2RD. On 14th May at around 16:00, I ordered a Wrap of the Day and paid £5.99, expecting to receive the Twister Wrap, as that is the standard item for that price.
However, I was given a much smaller wrap, which appeared to be the Crunch Original Wrap, typically priced at around £2.49. When I went back through the drive-thru to question the staff about this, I was told that prices had changed and that £5.99 now only gets you the smaller wrap. This explanation did not make sense, and no clear signage or prior notice about this change was visible at the time of ordering.
Even if it was an error, I would have appreciated an honest acknowledgement or an apology, but instead I was given a vague and dismissive response. I felt misled and overcharged, and I believe this is unacceptable customer service.
I also urge KFC to ensure staff communicate more clearly with customers and that pricing and item descriptions are updated and displayed properly.

Read moreThis restaurant needs improving on customer services. I was standing in line waiting to be served, they serve the person in front then go off to do other things leaving me standing there. There were three near the tills, all talking as if I'm not there then one by one go and collect food for app orders.
I wait 5 minutes and no one comes back to the till, I asked the cleaner who was watching whether this is how they operate who replies that she doesn't know which till is open. I then see a group of people arriving and going into the kitchen. So I said to the cleaner, ok so they were short staffed and back up has arrived. I was then told they were trainees from another restaurant that is about to open. I was shocked and literally said to the cleaner I think they chose the wrong restaurant to be trained at.
I then walk up to one of the staff who came close to the counter to ask "are you taking orders? " The staff looked shocked then replied " Oh yes, what would you like? "

Read moreI was eating in restaurant with my 3 kids with youngest just 18months to 3years old. But KFC team made me feel so bad. Worst customer service. Already half of KFC was shut when I entered around 20. 45. After that they closed the toilet around 21.30 as they just want to mop it and leave it shut. So I even can’t take my kids to wash their hands. Make it worst my daughter wants to go to toilet but not allowed as it shut. While my 2kids were eating I been kind of force by KFC team to change table right in middle of eating as they wants to clean the area and want to shut. I spoke to Supervisor, may be name Deborah but she is very cleverly lying to me and state that toilet is broken so not in use. I told what all 3 male, female and disabled ? She couldn’t answer correctly. But I just used 2mins before and all was fine. For table again she tried to cover up for her team. 6 of KFC staff were so badly stare at us. They make us felt so bad. I was so badly embarrassed in front of my own young kids. It was just 21.40 but they were trying to kick us out for eating in restaurant.
