Shocking service and bland food. Our valentines meal was ruined. Arrived 6:55 for a 7pm table. Ordered drinks and they finally arrived at 7:20 after prompting the waiter at 7:15. Food ordered and at 8:30 still nothing. Went to see the waiter and he apologised, just as he went to investigate the main was en route so clearly forgot about the starters. We said to forget about the starters as we had waited 90 mins which I thought was excessive. At this point no drinks offered. Finished our food by 9pm and asked for the bill. I explained to the waiter we had been once before and the food and service was great. Tonight it was shocking service and both mains were bland. The short bald waiter came over to again apologise for the “2 issues” and asked if we wanted a desert. We explained we had a babysitter so needed to get back home. He then bombarded with offers for deserts and drinks to which I explained again we needed to get back for a babysitter and why did he only offer this once knowing we couldn’t stay. A nice tactic! The bill came and only the one starter was removed. No discount atall. I paid the full amount and stated to the same waiter that it was disappointing that no offer of discount was made for such “poor service”, his words. He said he offered drinks and a free desert but I replied you only offered this once I told you we couldn’t stay. He became quite aggressive saying, “if you think I’m being unreasonable then fine”, waved his hand in my face and walked away. Absolute disgusting behaviour from this waiter and at 1 good visit and a shocking visit, I certainly won’t be going again and will advise others to steer clear. You ruined our valentines meal and the behaviour of your staff, not to mention shocking service need to be addressed urgently. Price wise…. £77 for 2 main curries, 1 shared rice, 1 shared chips. No starters, no deserts, only 1 person drinking alcohol and had 2 rounds…. I think also excessive. I don’t mind paying for good service but poor food and shocking service…. very...

We booked a table for 9pm on Saturday 11th for a friend's birthday and I've got to say we were very disappointed. We were still waiting for the table at 920 despite tables being available. Orders were placed whilst we were still sitting in the lounge area. We were then ushered to the table when I reminded staff that we were still waiting. We placed our orders. Poppadoms arrived. We had just started to eat them and the starters arrived. We rushed through the poppadoms in order for the starters to remain hot. As one of our party started to eat the starter a large hair was found to be in it. Not good. Spoke to the manager who apologised but said this can happen and he would look after us. At this point we were totally put off. We ate the main meals which were pretty average by all accounts. When the bill arrived one of the starters had been deducted from the bill and an extra beer each was given to us. The bill was still in excess of £150 for four people so it certainly wasn't cheap. Will I be going back. No. I've had far better indian meals locally and nationally that are far better. Overall what should have been a really enjoyable night turned to complete...

1st time in using after being let down in the same way over a year ago. Rang in order; they said it would be about an hour. After 2 hours of waiting ring and ask where order is. They say it's just left the kitchen be with you in a few minutes. Gave them over 10 mins still nothing. Cancelled order. Would much prefer to be told they are busy and will be a while rather than an hour or a few minutes. 1st time fool on you 2nd time fool on Me. Won't be back. Thanks for wasting our time 👍 edit this used to be out go to Indian without fail so not just a moaning reviewer. edit 2 as it won't let me reply yes was very definitely not confused identity so nice try in trying to shift the blame to another restaurant. I'm surprised you don't remember me ringing and raising the issue as it was only a few days ago... must be a common occurrence of complaints? So again rather than just a simple apology you are just denying you mistake. I suppose you did offer me the £1 discount for being late on the night🙄. As stated before won't be wasting my time or money with you any more. Is a shame as I said before you were the go to...
