Had the buffet meal last week- among the dishes served were Banarashi Chicken, Muglai Passandra, Cauliflower Bhajee and Garlic Fried Rice; all of which were cooked to perfection Looking forward to going back in the New Year

I've been getting take-aways from Little India and visiting the restaurant since they first opened many years ago. The quality of the food is always consistently good, with a great range of Chef's specials (I strongly recommend the Makhonwalla!). The staff are always very polite and friendly.

The restaurant itself is divided into two areas. Large groups tend to be nearer the top with small tables available near the bottom. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I have visited in both a large group and with my girlfriend - it was ideal for both occasions.

My reason for not giving Little India five stars is that the service when dining in the restaurant can be very slow. On several occasions we've had to wait 20 minutes plus before even being offered drinks. It is always busy at weekends and I think sometimes that more...

Had a rough week and realised I'd got a bit of heat exhaustion so needed to eat and decided on some old fashioned comfort food, chapati and curry. No delivery service so I had to collect but I needed to force myself to get up and about. So glad I did. I think the chapatis were the best I've had in a long time! Portions were good, taste was good, not great but certainly not bad. (I've had a few takeaways that I wish I hadn't, so these guys are still worth frequenting) . They're popular in this village because they have a lovely old restaurant set up. Building is in the centre of the village, been an eatery for yonks and people love the atmosphere chilling. Bar is well stocked and place is clean so, yes,...

Went for the Wednesday Banquet tonight and arrived at opening time, we were the 1st in there and was put in a corner on a table to seat 4 our places were not set but the other tables were all set out, bad start ! We asked for 2 cokes, they were flat and warm ! but not asked if we wanted bottled, ice, or lemon? We ordered poppadums but there were no plates to put them on ? Starters came out, onion bargis were burnt and tasteless, mixed kebabs like rubber and limp shredded salad that was warm ? No cutlery so had to nick off other place settings ! ? Main meals were the best part but still NO CUTLERY came out ??? Overall, the Banquet fell flat for us !!! and cost us...
