Lukes cafe wine bar — Restaurant in England

Visiting Whitchurch from out of the area, hubby & I went in search of an outdoor afternoon cuppa & cake this week and found this delightful, friendly wine bar café. Suffice it to say we didn't leave 'til late evening we had such a great time meeting other local customers! What a fun place.... small but perfectly formed. And friendly, helpful owner Vikki offered a really good range of hot & cold tapas dishes too. These were so delicious (some good vegetarian options on the blackboard) and earned her more brownie points as we sat wrapped up against the cold evening air in snuggly blankets. Thank you for a fantastic evening V and well done on creating such a lovely & well-run venue. Can't wait to return on our next visit to this lovely market town....

I was attracted by the look of it and by the people sitting outside so I decided to have a go for a coffee and it didn't match the expectations I'm afraid. The coffee was poor the say the least. But the owner and the staff are nice and chatty people who just had to close a newly spot because of the virus and now they're back up and running so...
