11/10 !! First time visiting Cornwall from the east side of London. So I was excited to try pastries that were freshly made and not greggs. Checked alot of places reviews and distance to where am from staying and came across this branch, so decided why not lets give it a go! From the moment I walked in was greeted with a smile and they clocked on im not a local lol. Everyone was super friendly loads of different Pastries, sweet treats and sandwhichs to choose from ! As its not halal i picked my favourite cheese and onion pastry and this pastry changed my life ! Full of flavour and richness the taste of the pastry to the filling was 11/10 and the size was massive too ! We visited the cafe yesterday lunchtime and although the food was perfectly fine the customer service was a bit lacking,we were seated very quickly,we had to make eye contact several times before anyone looked to take our order,and never seemed to be much enthusiasm with the waiting staff,our drinks came fairly quickly ,had to ask for sugar when the couple next to us automatically got offered, our food came in stages and I had to go and looked for cutlery when once again the couple next to us automatically got given there's,there's was no explanation for the food coming out in stages and was just about to enquire about our chips as they were bought out there s was quite some time after...

Food is excellent but service in cafe is amusing at Walker Line as you never know what you'll receive as orders get confused. It's a standing joke now so hasn't put us off. I do wish you could just go in and get a gluten free pasty though instead of having to do 1.5 hour notice. I was overjoyed to go to a petrol station and there was one waiting all ready to be bought, why can't they do that in their shops as there's a lot of celiacs around now.
