Malcolm Barnecutt Bakery Head Office — Restaurant in England

I recently purchased two takeaway hot drinks from from the Malcolm Barnecutt at Normandy Way in Bodmin. I waited 20mins for the two hot drinks. I noticed that other customers who ordered after me were being served their takeaway drinks. At this point, I asked the person who served me if I could speak to the manager, as I could see my ticket order number being pushed back on the coffee machine. The person who served me was lovely and apologetic. However, the manager appeared defensive about the situation and said they were following the order numbers, which was not true as another customer also noticed that other people who were after them were being served before him as well. Thankfully I was not on my lunch break and/or needed to be somewhere else.
