Mangal BBQ 🔥 (Kebab,Wrap,Burger,Chips)🔥 — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. I visited Mangal BBQ Grill & Meze encouraged by the positive reviews, but unfortunately, the reality turned out to be completely different. The food was far below any expectations – the kebab meat was dry, tough, and completely flavorless, while the falafel wrap was dry and rubbery. The portion sizes were not worth the price, and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there – no smiles, no willingness to help. The restaurant itself wasn't impressive either: the tables were not properly cleaned, and the atmosphere felt more like a fast-food bar than a cozy restaurant. In summary – this was a one-time experience. I definitely won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending...

First time ordering over the phone. Food was delivered quickly but it was the wrong order. When I called to say it wasn't correct I was shouted at down the phone saying it was correct. When I finally got to speak to tell them what the correct order should be... I was told they would contact the driver and the phone was put down on me. Its a shame because when it did finally arrive it wasn't to bad. I won't be using them...

This is genuinely the worst turkish food in Bedford. Rice was cold and hard , severely undercooked. Kofte was totally bland and very chewy. Bread also very chewy. This was my second time ordering and the first time was exactly the same but i thought it must of been a one off as i struggled to believe this was there usual standard. However i was unfortunately proven wrong. If i could give it 0 stars i would....
