I am furious and disappointed! I have been coming here for 9 years now and not once had a problem with customer service and food with the old owners. Today I went in to get some food for me and my family and I normally ask for extra sauce on my food and considering how many people i have told about this place and strongly recommended it to them as well as coming here alot and spending loads of money over and over again I was told you won't be getting extra sauce no more and that was one of the first messages the owner said to me. I wouldn't even give 1 star, ordered two kebabs, I asked several times do you do lamb shish? Yes we do,not a sheek a shish? Yes we do. Over an hour it took to be delivered and shock horror it was a sheek kebab no salad. I even had two calls asking if its a shish? Yes shish no sauce, I called that number back to be told I asked for a sheek no salad. Seriously? Then to be told to call the shop and have a word, i called the shop to speak to the manager. I was told to call back in 10 minutes knowing full well that closes in 10 minutes. Disgusting customer service and clearly don't listen. Wont be ordering again a disgrace, I hear you have had nothing but complaints....

I've ordered a few times through just eat app, they accept the order (around 9pm) and then at 10 pm (the estimated time of delivery) they cancel the order (presumably because they don't want to drive 15 minutes out of MK to deliver, even though I ordered waaaay more than minimum delivery, PLUS delivery charge). Food is tasty, but service is highly unreliable. I've been stuck, 10pm at night, on campus with nothing else open. If they'd reject order straight away, I'd have other...
