McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Not impressed. Been here for the past two visits and my orders have been messed up on both occasions. First time I had ordered a double quarter pounder and they only gave me a single, despite literally putting it in a double quarter pounder box! The second and most recent visit they had literally not given me half of my order. Waited around 20 minutes before I got my food only to find that they had completely missed the fries and a 9-piece chicken nuggets. Luckily I spotted the missing fries, but by the time I got home I had only then realised that they had missed out the nuggets. Also on this occasion, they had put in the sauces that I wanted, so they KNEW I had ordered it!!!

How missing half of an entire order even happens, I don't know, but now I feel robbed thanks to this place, and probably ordered the most expensive meal I'll ever buy from here, not for any of the right reasons. Perhaps this is a message from god to stop me from eating the food they serve here; heck, maybe I'll live a bit longer if I do stop. I did get some vouchers off customer service so after I use them up that'll be it for coming back to this place for a while, management and staff training seriously needs to be reviewed.

Leaving 2 stars does feel a little too generous, but admittedly the problems I've had haven't been much of an issue up...

The grills must not get scraped down after every run as the grease on the breakfast muffin is disgusting the sausage muffin wrapper is literally dripping in grease also the time tags in production bin are always out I've noticed on a lot of occasions which is disgraceful as food is only meant to be stored in the production bin for 10mins max there is also a food holding cabinet in the kitchen where the same rules apply now I purposely ordered chicken nuggets one day and just as I thought they had been stored to long in the cabinet as they was dry as sticks and hard this place needs a good kick up the arse and I truly hope they get a mystery dinner one day cos this will sharp sort them out I no everything about what goes on McDonald's as I used to be a floor manager at store 981 I'm sure the staff that read this will no this already as the things I've pin pointed you would only no if u work or worked there also the amount of staff without hair nets on is ruthless and the customer service skills well they literally don't have a clue how to treat a customer with respect and that is mainly the managers and some...
