Not impressed. Been here for the past two visits and my orders have been messed up on both occasions. First time I had ordered a double quarter pounder and they only gave me a single, despite literally putting it in a double quarter pounder box! The second and most recent visit they had literally not given me half of my order. Waited around 20 minutes before I got my food only to find that they had completely missed the fries and a 9-piece chicken nuggets. Luckily I spotted the missing fries, but by the time I got home I had only then realised that they had missed out the nuggets. Also on this occasion, they had put in the sauces that I wanted, so they KNEW I had ordered it!!!
How missing half of an entire order even happens, I don't know, but now I feel robbed thanks to this place, and probably ordered the most expensive meal I'll ever buy from here, not for any of the right reasons. Perhaps this is a message from god to stop me from eating the food they serve here; heck, maybe I'll live a bit longer if I do stop. I did get some vouchers off customer service so after I use them up that'll be it for coming back to this place for a while, management and staff training seriously needs to be reviewed.
Leaving 2 stars does feel a little too generous, but admittedly the problems I've had haven't been much of an issue up...
