McDonald's — Restaurant in England

This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had and quite frankly, it was disgraceful. Under the so-called management of Nibin, the restaurant on Alder Road was a total disaster.

Let’s start with the staff behavior: shockingly rude, openly dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers were simply asking about their orders, and one staff member literally told them: “If you don’t want to wait, go to another restaurant.” Yes that is a direct quote. No apology. No courtesy. Just blatant disrespect.

The restaurant was filthy. Tables were sticky, trash on the floor, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. They were walking around aimlessly, ignoring customers, and not even pretending to work. It felt like no one was in charge, and no one cared.

And the toilets? Absolutely disgusting. Overflowing, no toilet paper, no soap, and a stench that would make anyone turn around and leave. It was not just dirty it was unsanitary and unsafe.

It is clear that under Nibin’s management, this location has become a joke. A hostile, chaotic, and filthy joke that reflects horribly on the McDonald’s brand. This is not a one are off bad day it’s a sign of complete breakdown in leadership and basic hygiene standards.

This location should be investigated immediately. It needs either a full internal review, temporary closure, or the complete removal of the current staff and management. No customer should be subjected to this kind of experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not clean, not safe, and not worth...

What did you do to this McDonald's? This place used to be one of the best of the chain here in Bournemouth. Haven't been here for several months and everything has changed from the attention to the way of ordering

Intelligent people should not trust the last 4 and 5 stars reviews as they are empty without content and seems like they are hiring bots to say that the place is fantastic when is not.

Today I ordered a large "French stack" 😂 and I was the order #14 I saw how I was showing on the screen to collect the food but nobody did actually called out , 15,16,17,18,19 and 20 all picked their food while I was still waiting No one bothered of why I was still standing there.

I had to approach a member of the staff who said "uhhh I'll make it straight away " no apologies, no empathy no anything When food was given large chips looked like medium (fill that thing stop cheating on customers) large drink full of ice until the middle of the cup, French burger 🍔 looked very little. I paid £6.39 and I do swear is not value for money.

Another American franchise ruined by the way of doing things in this country, with very low interest on the job or the service offered to the customer. I don't even bother to fill a complaint to the manager as they are a waste of time and don't like complaining in front of others.

If a mistery shopper is reading this, please come regularly and you will notice so many things that are not running well...

Today at 15:45 I went to this store. Was the worst experience in Mc Donald's store that I have been thru. First of all, I went to the drive thru and it was two lanes. It was tu cars at the first one and the second was empty. I went to theaecond lane and nobody attended me.... then i move my car to the first lane again. And one second later it comes another car to the second lane and somebody attend hi. Really fast. After that i went again to the second lane and this ti.e somebody took my order. I ordered 2 double cheeseburguer. I arrived to the pay section and they charged me for a single cheeseburguer (i didn't know that i was paying just for a single one). At the section where i pick up the food they gave me a single burguer (something that i didn't order). I explained to the perso who was there and they said to me that i need to do all the queue and order again cause they can chrage me in that section. Incredible. At the end i ended up with a burguer that i didn't order and just the option to do everything again when it was their mistake. I normally eat like 3 times a week in McDonalds and never had a problem. But this store is the worst McDonalds that i have been. Worst Customer service and no solutions to the problems that they cause. I never will go back again to that store. I wrote the time for them to check it in the cctv if they want. Worst Mc...
