OK. So today I'm doing something I wasn't expecting to be doing. Yesterday evening, in a torrid plight of indecision, I decided to call out (reach out, really, looking forwards) for a Big Mac having decided firmly never to have another because of a beef I have with no sauce on the top of the patties so it's too dry and not oozing with Big Mac sauce. Well, I also threw in a box of McNuggs and a Big Tasty for reasons of making the Big Mac more comfy in its environment in the hopes it might slither about in the cardboard carton like the 1980s. The outcome: the Big Mac was actually drier than an arid Arizona desert and I'm personally convinced the McNuggs were made out of plants or some other peculiar ingredient. But one works with what one' s got. Now, to the surprise. Some hours later I decided to get my chops around the Big Tasty (I have actually had one before) and what an eyebrow-raising, eye-opening, eyeball-rolling moment it was. Despite the disadvantage of having cooled, it was a tasty bolt of lightening in the wee hours to wake the very sleeping dead; it was Big and it was Tasty, loaded - nay, stashed to the gills - with sauce and tomatoes, onions, lettuce to appease the most ravenous of dieting tortoises and a complementary patty doing its job. Several bites and a few hours later, in daylight almost, more bites and it was still going, now back in its brown paper bag with a hearty send off. The moral of the story? If you're one of those people that think: " oh! burger, two bites and it's gone, I'm going to have to rally with a couple of fish filets and an entry level chicken and mayo paper wrapped back-up ", well think no more. It's hands up to this Mac House with an extra thumb on both hands. Truly a bone-shaking moment. NB. I inadvertently ordered extra lettuce and Big Tasty sauce so that may have been the key to it all. Plus, do not try fries the next day.

The Hamburgler and Grimace are back!!! Don't forget to use the App to get a McDonald's 50th birthday doughnut for a limited time only. This McDonald's gets very busy with unruly brats that loiters around like a bad smell, making the place unwelcoming. The drive thru is busy, and don't forget to double-check your order as staff sometimes forget to complete the order. If you order something like a Mcplant burger, prepare to wait. The staff are generally friendly and often very busy serving the customers or tidying after them.

Newly renovated branch. Hmm... Hardly any seating now in a busy place. Walked in to the first staff member you lay eyes on... A manager with their shirt hanging half out and a generally scruffy appearance. Then take a counter to the table for table service and it's got food all over it. You can spend the money and make it look all nice and shiny on the outside but unless you change the staff attitude it'll still be the same shit in the background..

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the floor manager who was rude and said we were laughing at her and I do not know why she said this? My friend who was in the back being sick in a bag had rang about an order that was freezing cold and was told to go down and she would get her food. She had left her name and I admit we were all talking in the car so I asked if we could be quiet and let my friend talk to her and she was told she wasn’t getting any free food and we had been rude which is absolutely not true and she shut the window in my face. I cannot for the life of me understand why she said we were laughing and being rude? I was literally taking my friend to pick her complaint food up and got a really nasty attitude after I had told my friend to explain and we would be quiet. I would love to see the camera footage of us laughing and being rude. The amount of times I have not received my items and just left it is ridiculous. The customer service was disgraceful and being told of by a 20 odd year old who’s having a bad day as really annoyed me I hate drama and rude people. It really has put me off McDonalds now because most of the staff are lovely but this could have been avoided with some common sense and empathy. To shut the window in my face is so rude for a...

The foods okay, same as any other McDonald's but the service here is shockingly bad.

Of the past half dozen or so orders from the drive thru, only one....ONE...was correct.

One meal had the entire main burger missing which when I went I to the store to tell them the spotty incel looking kid behind the counter basically blamed me of stealing it......to which I laughed into his stupid looking face and threw what parts of the meal they gave me onto the counter.

Another meal had the fries missing and the dips, a large order for works lunch which was pick up had several items, mainly fries couple of snacks missing.

When we rang to complain, again we were basically told they didn't make an error and 'someone' must have stolen the items....when I asked if I could speak to a manager the phone was hung up ......maybe it was the Hamburgler? Remember him?

Another order through Uber Eats arrived mostly wrong, all the drinks missing and again the some sides, when contacted this time they blamed Uber Eats and their driver....said he must have stolen the food, despite the bags arriving sealed.

Anyways the reviews of this store speak for themselves, incompetent dosent begin to describe the service.

And beware the Hamburgler operating...
