I ordered through the app, and that was fine. When I got to the window they attempted to charge me again. We didn’t order anything non-standard (Bacon & Egg McMuffin, a Breakfast Wrap and teo hash browns) but were sent to park up.
We had to wait quite a while and other orders were brought out around us. The person in the car next to us returned their food due to the taste.
When ours did turn up the hash browns were not in the bag. When I went inside there was a queue of people complaining about incorrect orders or poor quality food, and a manager telling off a team members about incorrect orders going out.
When we got the hash browns they were the best thing about our order. The other food was tasteless, and the McMuffin looked like someone had punched it. The wrap had all the food stuffed down into bottom, and was mostly wrap.

Read moreBeen a few times, usually one of the better ones, went today and was very disappointed, used the electronic ordering thing, no receipts seemed to be given on any of them, told a member of staff who couldn't be less bothered, luckily I managed to catch the order number on the screen before it went off. None of the order screens were switched on that say when to collect food, then waited nearly 20 minutes for our food to be ready. The place wasn't very busy, don't know what was going on. They'd prepared some of it at the beginning, which then sat on a tray for 15 minutes so by the time they finally finished the order we had stone cold fries. The food was nice, however the service today was the worst I have experienced in any mcdonalds for a long time. Unfortunately, the staff repeatedly fail to listen when taking orders, resulting in consistent mistakes. My orders are wrong far too often. To make matters worse, they rarely have the orders ready at the final window, and I often find myself having to park and wait.
I have to go inside multiple times just to rectify errors in my orders, and it’s disheartening to see the staff laughing and snickering at each other while I'm trying to explain the issues. The lack of professionalism and low integrity is evident, reflecting poorly on the company's values. I believe this location is getting away with this poor service because it’s at a service station, and most customers are in a hurry and don’t take the time to complain.
