McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Better than most McDonalds. Always check your order if you change anything as there are often mistakes at busy times, just like most fast food places. They regularly put cheese in my autistic sons burger for example which has resulted in a few meltdowns, even when ordered via the app.

There seems to regularly be a problem with the McDonald's app failing to load the menu when trying to order for click and collect (Redcar works strangely though).

Any problems I have ever had have always been rectified with super fast speed and with a smile by the wonderful Jojo. She is a credit to the company and I look forward to seeing her on shift as I know things will usually be right with my order.

I do however agree with some of the other comments as the delivery drivers can be quite rude and always park in the disabled spots or click and collect...

Every time I come to Skelton McDonald's I have awful service and quality! I went last night and had to wait for my meal, to me they must be cooking it or mabye not I got a cold burger and the bacon inside it was even colder, when I went to show the staff my frozen burger they said they shall make me a new one, I thought how nice of them but I simply received the same burger back the the bun hotter than the meat inside, this to me suggestions that it was simply microwaved and returned to me, I know it's only McDonald's but this is unacceptable and insulting. I like McDonalds. When the staff get it right, it's a good place for breakfast, not flashy, just reasonably decent food at a competitive price. I emphasise the bit about getting it right because if you order anything that requires an amendment, I'm always on tenterhooks until it arrives. In the past two weeks, I've visited three different McD's and ordered the same breakfast for my wife and I. Two establishments got things wrong, but good old Skelton delivered exactly as ordered.
