I ordered via the app and went to pick up my order at the Bourges boulevard restaurant. There was around 25minutes wait for my order and during this time I could see colleagues were busy making orders however the level of organisation was very poor . One of the staff members was constantly moaning about the other colleague who was in the shop floor ,so loudly that I could hear the conversation and it was very unprofessional. I could also see her preparing my order and when packing kids meal she slammed some toys inside the box despite me having order books no toys . Eventually she called the order number and just slammed the order in front of me not bothered to even say thanks and bye or ask if I needed anything else . I am 7months pregnant and don’t there was so many items I had to ask twice for bags to pack the order up and she didn’t even offer to help . Also , The drinks were so light ,Fanta cups were not filled properly , chocolate milkshake was so foamy and my iced frappe was looking so sad . The cream on top looked really bad and it was just a splash of it it looked melted already . I purchase regularly from the app and normally use the restaurant inside shopping Center in town and never had a problem before . I fully know what the standard size,look should be both for food and drinks from McDonald’s and sorry to say but today was a waste of money. I was craving for the frappe and bought boys lunch as a treat but this whole excperience spoiled our day . I never ever complain or bother to leave feedback because I have worked in a restaurant myself and I know what it’s like but really this was very poor service and I don’t think I will ever go back to this place . I can't even begin to express how many times i have ordered from this location, and either recieved something completely wrong, or several items missing. I've had Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese arrive with a single dry patty and no cheese at all, i've had Philly Cheese Stacks with no cheese arrive, wrong sizes of fries delivered, the works.
One time i even went in to the location in person to DOUBLE CHECK my order was okay before leaving, and it was still wrong. I brought this to the attention of a manager present, who was understanding and reassured that my order would be made correctly, yet afterwards i recieved nothing at all, despite seeing my order be put to the side in the kitchen. I had to once again track down the manager and ask for my order, which i then correctly recieved. I dont normally write too many reviews like this, but i've had so many bad experiences with this particular location, and so have many other customers to the point where it is apparent that improvement is needed.

This place needs urgent attention from the franchise owner. I'm sure it wouldn't meet McDonald's standard for quality and service. Will never waste my money on delivery from this store again. I will use a delivery app that enables me to specify one of the many other branches in town. Food took 1hr10 mins. Over £30 spent and all the food was wrong or missing. Large fries were less than half filled, all food that did arrive was freezing cold. Load of rubbish. And the service from the manger was just as cold and unsatisfactory. I tried to cancel my order and got no help, tried to get a refund and got no help. We all know McDonald's is rubbish 'food' but at least it's usually fast and reliable. Delivery is no longer either of them. Therefore, has nothing to offer.
