Miners Lamp Community Cafe and Hub — Restaurant in England

I love that this café is such a community venture and love what they are doing to try and enrich the community further. The menu is fairly simple, but does what it needs to. I just had tea and a (giant) muffin, my son chose a hotdog and chocolate milk.

More importantly, they have a great uniform swap area, where you can leave outgrown uniform and pick up more by exchange or donation. The branded stuff is for all local schools, but there's plenty of grey trousers and skirts too. They also provide access to food for users of the local food bank (and act as a drop off spot), plus there's a great playground...

We visit this park quite a few times a month the park as just a small amount of equipment for kids and thankfully there is this lovely little cafe were you can have a snack and ice lollies for the kids the staff look after the flower beds and are very pleasant to everyone.. it's great to have a play area where you can...
