Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

Not the best experience. Never been before, so took a bit of guess work. Seemed extremely short staffed and staff needed prompting to replenish trays, cups and condiments etc. After waiting to pay for what seemed a life time; i ordered breakfast, to which the guy replied there would be a 20 minute wait, as though he expected me to say we will forget it and go somewhere else. If you want any more drinks whilst eating, you are expected to wait back in the queue. In the end, we helped ourselves to more drinks and paid for them after we had eaten... much to the dismay of the cashier guy, who couldn't understand why we were paying for a drink that wasn't presented in front of him. Honestly, the food was lovely... but the organisation of it all needs a good shake up. The ordering process is hugely disorganised and painstakingly longer than it needs be.... which I may add was made all the more difficult by our usually impatient...

The food was really great. I had the Vegan Lasagna and my parents got the Big Breakfasts and we were very happy with our orders. The massive minus about this place however is the long wait. We could see how poor the organisation of the staff was. We got there at a pretty busy time and even though there were quite a lot of people working in the kitchen, the food was being sent out really slowly, which is very disappointing when there are so many people waiting for their food. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food, which is certainly way too long for 2 breakfasts...

The restaurant, cafe, wasn't too busy, they also have seating outside under a cover. The whole place was clean and tidy, polite staff, good value for money, plenty of choice. I had a breakfast which was really nice, poached egg could of been runjier but in all it was lovely. Nice pot of tea they also have a choice. The chocolate brownie was absolutely delicious, soft and so nice xx loved it well worth the money. You gat a massive breakfast for £8 but mine was just a small one and cost £5.50 really does rival wetherspoons not as busy either....
