Telephoned to book and collect an afternoon tea for 2 for the 16/01/21. Communication was excellent! On the day, we received a message to say the afternoon tea was ready for collection and on arrival, all was Covid secure. There was a very nice selection of sandwiches with generous fillings and with white and brown bread, savoury and sweet pastries, cakes and scones. The food was delicious! The sandwich course left enough room for the savoury pastries and then after a rest, room for the scones and deserts section. Lovely time spent with my family having afternoon tea at Mrs M's. The tea and coffee just kept on flowing alongside the delicious plates of sandwiches, tarts, scones and cakes.....all homemade and beautifully presented.
