Musa's — Restaurant in England

S-L-O-W delivery of appalling food, e.g. chicken fillet burger consisted of a teeny tiny morsel of chicken in batter, slightly bigger than a chicken nugget, lost in the middle of a soggy white bap, no salad, no sauce, no nothing. A cheese burger had a larger burger (albeit the cheapest nastiest meat that can be had this side of animal feed), along with a sliver of cheese, again, nothing else in this soggy bap. Had to argue about the cost of the food as they wanted to charge more than was printed on the takeaway menu (which was in date), and spent ages on the phone to the delivery driver who had no sat nav and no clue, wasting over half an hour of the hour of my time giving directions he was too inept to follow and taking an hour and a quarter to finally get to me. This represents the meanest portion of the most inedible food it has ever been my misfortune to order from a takeaway. If this was the only option, I'd rather go hungry than order...

I walked in to make an order to collect. The smell from the kitchen made me gag a little and my instincts told me not use their food but I was hungry and wanted something ready in 20 minutes. The area where you order your food is really smelly. I couldn't understand why their kitchen isn't well ventilated. But this smell alone is enough for me not to return again. I had vegetarian foods and they were not particularly tasty. I had onion bhaji which were slightly undone and put me off. I could not finish just one onion bhaji. I didn't even bother to finish the mushroom curry. I'm a cook and I teach people online how to cook healthy or make better cooking options and I know it is quite easy to make food tasty or cook properly. In my case, it was neither. Food is fine but the customer service is pathetic, if you get one particular person on the phone the card machine is always magically not working or the Wi-Fi is down or you have to pay by card because the order is under whatever amount happens to be on his mind that day (not the amount quoted on he menu to be eligible for delivery I might add)... and then you agree to pay by cash and get overcharged because simple mathematics is too difficult also, not the way to run a business, you have...
