As loyal customers to Niles we thought we would try the new Niles cafe at Carclaze. We went for a cuppa, cake and a chat as you do.We pretty much got thrown out by the owner with his angry manner for outstaying our welcome which was ironic as we had to wait over half an hour for our drinks , which they had forgotten about and when we did chase them up Mr Nile was rude . Bought a "steak" pasty. Roughly 70% pastry, 20% meat and 10% veg. All the steak was in one lump. Most of the pastry was hard as rock and inedible. One of the worst pasties I've tasted. Staff rude and indifferent. Will never shop...
