Buffers Coffee Shop — Restaurant in England

I was surprised to see the negative review about Buffers Coffee Shop, because in my experience, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the products they serve are really good quality. The cafe has a nice atmosphere, which is often lacking in other station cafes, and I think it is because they serve the community and not just travellers. This is reflected on their Facebook page, which not only shows how much pride the owners have in their business, but how committed they are to St Austell, and the rest of the county. I never normally leave reviews, but every time that I leave college in the evening and come into the train station, the lady at the café always makes me smile! She is so lovely to all the customers and goes out of her way to bring hot drinks to them if they struggle with mobility. A great little coffee shop at St Austell Railway Station. Always call in for a pit stop after a long train journey to get to Cornwall. A good range of hot and cold drinks, hot and cold snacks as well as gluten free options. The lady behind the counter is always friendly, welcoming. helpful and chatty.
