Oh My Grill — Restaurant in England

Normally I used to order from here at night. Not ever again not even for free. After ordering at 1:30am , no news until 4am . I’ve ringed several times but no one ever awnser. I’ve asked for part of the refund and cancelled my order . Called one last time just to make sure and it was closed. So I went to bed . After 4:30 they knock my door with food. Mental , literally mental. The driver was half asleep wanted to give an excuse but couldn’t even speak coherent. Next day for my surprise they refused to refund part of the meal. At 4:30 I had eaten already. So I had to complaint properly to have the full money back. Worst of all is that after speaking with some just eat drivers they all had the same opinion about the restaurant they get disgusted about it and avoid working for them. What made my decision quite clear. I’m never ordering from this place again.

It's a wierd one, I ordered a pizza and I'm grateful they deliver at 4 am, that's so nice!! And I examined the pizza and I can tell they put alot of car into the pizza, they seasoned the dough on top and bottom, had plenty of sauce and toppings and the pizza is a good size. They are charging domino's prices but if you're open till 4 am and are in torquay and willing do drive to paignton to deliver, good on ya that's a huge ask especially when you'll deliver that far for one pizza. My only qualm is the dough. It's so grainy, it's like eating sand, the flavour is there, but it does kind 9f feel like eating a pizza dropped on the beach lol. My constructive criticism is keep up what youre doing with your pizza but lay off on the sandy textures in the dough. It tastes good but doesn't feel good. Ordered on just eat.. If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered food just after midnight; said it would arrive at 10 to 1 then it updated to say 1.30. So we waited up even though were shattered and starving. Then the cheeky buggers decided to say it was delivered when it NEVER ARRIVED. We even asked them to call us when they were outside and never got any sort of call. Robbing buggers. Even if they delivered it.. did they check who they delivered it to?
