There is a barrier at the top of the hill, and a sign saying words to the effect of 'visitors by prior arrangement' and we were nervous about entering in case we were trespassing, so we took our money elsewhere. Very strange and very disappointing because the pictures look nice. If you are allowed to press the button to open the barrier as visitors to the cafe then you need to inform people...

Fantastic breakfast, excellent coffee, also had the tapas that's served Fri and Sat from 5pm. We visit Fowey regularly by boat and this is our go to place for a decent breakfast, lunch and weekend evening meal. Friendly...

It would be nice to know when, and if, the cafe is open. Walked a mile to go for breakfast and it was closed. A sign at the top of the hill, at the barrier, would be nice or indication of opening times. Not a way to...
