Pizza 2 Night — Restaurant in England

it was My 1st visit there and I will never go back... I placed a order via phone for a collection as I thought that would be quick rather than delivery when I got the 20 mins later the man said sorry we have not made your pizza as we thought it was a prank call...he then said it wont take 5 mins to make so he re took my order and I paid 12.99 for it when it should of been 9.99 when I quizzed him about extra £3 he said its a credit card charge but I paid using a normal debt card he said that's the way they do business and that's the price I could not be bothered to argue as I was hungry and just wanted to get the pizza and get out I had already regretting giving them my money at this point and hunger was turning in to anger I left him to prepare the pizza at that point he sneezed and used his hand to cover his mouth and continued to make the pizza with out washing his hands just wiped it on his dirty t shirt..... I asked for a refund he started arguing with me saying he did not sneeze although I saw it happen with my eyes not just herd it...

so I walked out with out a pizza...

I made a order over 50pounds worth on the app put in my details and where I wanted to pick the pizzas up from and went and payed by card after paying and checking out the app went and sent my order to London I'm hours away from there i put in what store i wanted to pick it up from I rang the store within to seconds after and said I put in where I wanted to collet the pizzas and some reason it gave me a place hours away he said we already made the pizzas so not my problem I said I need a refund as it would cost me more to pick it up and I never asked to collet from there he said no refund are you kidding me over £50pounds on pizzas for them to say they will not give a refund this place is a joke will never be buying from this place again I was left out of pocket and was unable to pick the pizzas up this...

Ordered from here a few times, and I intend to keep doing so.

Food quality is exceptional, especially for the price, delivery time actually caught me off guard the first I ordered from here as it arrived fifteen minutes earlier than expected (Not a bad thing, who doesn't love quick deliveries ?).

Pizza is amazing and has a respectable price, drinks were a tad expensive but not too much of a bother, especially if you plan on ordering a lot of items.

Only real criticism I have of this place is that the BBQ Chicken wings have quiet a faint taste, if anything I could taste the chicken more than the sauce itself.

Overall this is a great place to order from, perfect for people on a budget and definitely one to remember for all of your events...
