I don;t like leaving bad reviews - but this was the last time i'm being messed around by PizzaGoGo Grays.
Ordered food at 5.53pm. Waited for an hour no delivery. Tried to phone the store - no answer for over 15mins. Ended up driving to the store only to find out that after one hour twenty mins, they had only just put it in the oven. What were they doing for over an hour and fifteen mins?? Couldn't get a refund as I had ordered online and I had to raise a ticket for them to start looking into my refund. I'm not waiting weeks for my refiund.
Total time before the pizza was in my hand at the store - 95mins. And this is not the first time this has happened. I'm a regular customer here. Unfortunately due to their lack of customer care or service, I will no longer be ordering from them again.

Read moreI recently placed an order consisting of one pizza and two side portions of wings – one BBQ and one Hot. While the pizza was very good and enjoyable, I was extremely disappointed with the wings.
Unfortunately, both types of wings were severely undercooked. It seems they were placed in the oven straight from frozen, which left them unevenly cooked and unpleasant to eat – frankly, quite unappetizing and unsafe. We couldn’t eat them at all.
