Pizza Hut Peterborough South — Restaurant in England

Absolutely joke of a company, on the 26th July we ordered a delivery for my children’s tea which after 2.5 hours never showed, they told me we would have to wait another hour taking it to 10pm till the food arrived!

My children are 9 and 5 so had to tell them to cancel the order and refund me as the children had to go to bed!

The store told me to call head office for a refund which I did, they told me it would take 48 hours. Three weeks later and they still have not refunded me, and now they are saying they can’t verify my order.

The response from the customer services team regarding my complaint is awful, chased them up on the 39th July and the 7th August via there complaint portal, someone finally got back to me on the 10th saying they can’t verify it.

Messaged back on the 12th (as was away) and it’s now the 17th and...

Give it a miss, we ordered a large pizza, two sides and a drink on Thursday (26/09). No dips, food turned up cold, poorly cut and very late. We ordered at 18:25, estimated delivery time was 18:49-59. We rang at 19:15, told the delivery driver was just leaving and would be 10 minutes.

The driver turned up 35 minutes later (19:45) and in between that time we called again, which was ignored. When I asked the driver if the food was hot because it was a lot later than 10 minutes, he shrugged and said "they're very busy". No communication from the restaurant and the tracker wasn't updated.

In my opinion it wasn't worth the money, if a business can't fulfil orders they don't deserve your custom. Go out and pick up your orders if you must order from this restaurant, otherwise try a different place in...

Food took over an hour to arrive. Called the store 3 times and even had the phone put down on me. Was told to look out the window for the driver but driver was nowhere near my house and had to go down the street looking for him. The driver even argued with me where my house was. I know where I live. I wouldn't mind but directions to my house were on the receipt because I left instructions when I ordered. There's 30 houses in my street so not that hard to find.
