Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

The worst pizza I've ever had and I've been to France where they put a raw egg on a pizza. VERY rude and patronising staff! That is when they do get around to answering the phone. when you do go to complain about the food being ice cold when it's delivered, you get some young mouth female telling you she's the manager of that shift and how it's and I quote "it's not my fault if it gets cold in the car and it's not down to me to get the food there hot!" What your the so called manager it's your responsibility to make sure the staff do there jobs right it's also your job to ensure the driver get out on time with hot food and to the customer hot! Not your job to talk to your customers like a pice of dirt and tell them it's there own fault! She needs to be trained on what her job roles are and what is expected of her, how this place survives I really don't know it needs to be shut down by the council ASAP! After 6 hours I was then left is horrendous stomach times diarrhoea and being sick and number of times throughout the night Pizza Hut head office offer me £10 off my next visit! No I want action taken I want food how it's meant to be not to give me mild food poisoning and when am paying £22 for a pizza and it's not hot I want it replaced or my full money back! Best advice I can give guys is stay clear from this place at all costs! It's health risk! I was abuse by the staff over the phone and she put the phone down on me then violently ill with the food I got from this Pizza Hut. My advice go to any where for your own safety keep away from this place at all costs I am reporting it to the council under the hygiene regulation rules act! This was my 2nd and last time ordering from pizza hut. To give some background, I had ordered from pizza hut about 6 months ago and the pizza arrived burnt (literally). As compensation we were given a gift card and against my better judgement, I thought I'd give it another try. I ordered: Meaty one bbq base italian, vegetarian supreme bbq base Italian and garlic bread. The garlic bread was soggy and not flavoursome. The toppings on the pizzas were underdone and when I picked up a slice a lot of the toppings would fall off. I cannot believe how awful the food was and I can honestly say I will not be ordering from this branch ever again. I used to really like pizza hut and so I'm hoping that it's just the particular branch I ordered from that is letting the franchise down and the rest aren't so bad. That being said, it's put me off pizza hut and I'll opt for an alternative in future. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. I placed an order and waited over 80mins, only to find out—after several frustrating calls—that my pizza was still sitting in the shop. Each time I called, I was put on hold for an excessively long time, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue.

The level of customer service was appalling. Not only did no one take accountability for the delay, but I was repeatedly told there was “nothing they could do.” The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking for a company as established as Pizza Hut.
