Absolutely horrendous! Staff was extremely rude.

One of the staff rushed my order and didn’t bother giving me options of how I like my food (spicy or plain which is usually spicy ). And it looked very different this time. It was plain fried rice which I never get.

I tried explaining it to the staff who works at the front. She had no patient with me. She didn’t refund me or bother to give me an option to remake the food. She said something in her language to her friend thinking I didn’t understand. She was talking behind my back. She also said she doesn’t need to give me any options because I should have known. Irony is she works at the restaurant who knows the menu inside out.

All the staff are kind except that one staff who works at the front. Not sure if she is new.

Unfortunately I am never coming back to this restaurant. Disgusting behaviour towards their regular customers. No one should be treated like this. We live in a respectable community and I lived here for a while. Never had an awful...

Absolutely shocking customer service from this place. Both times i have ordered the complety wrong item has been sent, lastnight i was sent seafood noodles which i cant eat due to being heavily pregnant. Was told they cant re deliver my item and to give the whole order back after i waited over an hour ! No apology from the lady on the phone she was very rude and kept saying ‘ i will call you back’ had to beg the delivery driver to give me my money back in cash as i ordered online and was told she would need to speak to the manager before she can refund me, but wanted me to hand the food back. Its a real shame but i will not be ordering...

Ordered Chinese last night from here as I have done before. Since it has reopened all I can say is how disappointing it was. First off it was expensive for what you get. Most Chinese takeaways round here you get rice with your curry. Ordered and paid for a large chicken fried rice for my two kids to share yet It was the same size as my egg fries rice. Beef curry was so chewy that I couldn't eat it. Roast pork chowmein tasted horrible. Chicken balls were chewy too and even the chips were rank and some not even cooked properly. Spent over £35 for a disgusting Chinese. Wont be ordering...
