Pizza Santino — Restaurant in England

I've gotten to now the staff and management over the years and i find the service and general atmosphere to be warm and friendly. The food is cheap and decent depending on what you order. Obviously grilled items are generally better and healthier, and are of a good quality. The amount of donner meat you are allowed is a bit disappounting for the price of 2.50. Understandably everything has shot up in prices throughout the eateries everywhere because of inflation and fuel prices and the ordeals of Russia and Ukraine. In my opinion they should because a bit more generous with their servings of donner meat only because all the other items are if very high quality, like their grilled chicken fillet etc and their pizzas, they are absolutely fine due to their choice ingredients and dough etc. As i said the staff or management are very friendly and welcoming and have helped me in personal situations giving advice and support, which for me was very critical and crucial for my wellbeing. I get the mixed kebab in pita bread (large) and it taste so good. I highly recommend it. The service is honestly amazing. The restaurant is polite and the drivers are so friendly. The service is so much better than so many restaurants on JustEat. If you have an issue, just contact the store, the staff will be more than happy to help. I work in Hampton and my colleagues and I love to order from this place when we can. Once, I accidentally had food delivered to my home address whilst I was at work and the driver had no problem delivering my food for me at no extra cost, even though I was the one who made the mistake.

Can't really even put one star as the food and service(!) is absolutely rock bottom. Meat is not properly grilled, chicken had curry powder on it and tasted boiled. Salad was put on top of boiling hot meat so by the time it was delivered it had turned into mush. Asked for the chili sauce to be in separate containers and had the separate containers but also all of the food was swimming in it, including the chips that were soggy. Called them and the man on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude and said it was my fault for ordering it like that. And of course, they do not so refunds. Complete S**thole.
