Pizzanaz Seaton Delaval — Restaurant in England

2 pizzas tonight, inferno, no heat whatsoever, actual overpowered with barbecue sauce, which I do not care for, other chicken Kiev, no garlic whatsoever, thought we had been given wrong order, phoned up and spoke to some upstart of a girl, couldn't get a word in, really obnoxious, said I should of read the menu! I think inferno should be just that, also Kiev usually is pretty strong in garlic, good pizza, just not what I wanted! Even less so an obnoxious girl on the end of the phone! Since checked ingredients on menu, not! What I got, pure bbq sauce, wife's as stated NOT Kiev, swore out of frustration of NOT being able to get a word in! We have ordered a few times from pizzanaz and was very excited when it opened. The first few orders were very, very good and nothing in the area was the same quality. One part of my order was a mixed shish wrap which I have had a few times with no problems. Delivery was on time and polite - I opened my wrap to put in the extra sauce, I then discovered 80%chips and the sauce and some tiny bits of meat. I did call back said what the problem was and told they would exchange which I did. The new wrap was exactly the same, I wouldn't expect this as one of the more expensive items on the menu. Please don't become the standard takeaway and fill it with chips to save on costs, we will try one more time to see if it was just...

First time we've been to pizzanaz. We've heard alot of good reviews about it from friends who have been...so we thought we would give it a try and we weren't disappointed. The food was absolutely spot on... we got a doner kebab and a mixed grill with salad with a few tubs of garlic sauce. The quality of the meat was brilliant well seasoned full of flavour. The doner kebab meat was the best I've ever had and it wasn't swimming in grease and saturated fat like most other kebab shops. There was no grease or fat on the bottom of the tray either.
