Proper Burger Experience — Restaurant in England

After the delivery driver called and said she was outside our house with our food, which she was clearly not, our food arrived cold. Additionally we ordered blue cheese on 3 of our burgers out of 5 ordered, and there wasn’t any on there. I rang the restaurant and explained and also added that I have ordered a few times previously and received excellent food. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and passed me to his manager who was the total opposite. He was very rude, didn’t apologise and said “you don’t have to order here if you don’t want to”. Note to myself to stop using just eat in the area. The service of takeaways might be great, staff helpful but the quality of the takeaway food in the Grimsby area is questionable. In this case, the cheese and bacon burger might be better than other cheap options but is nowhere near as good as the one made by pubs like weetherspoon, for the same price or more. I also doubt that the bacon was pork made and being paralised by hunger when i’ve made the order i didn’t find enough energy or courage to call them and ask this kind of questions :(. London man in Grimsby so trust me I know good food when I eat it. Service was quick and the food is worth every penny ate last night and still full until present (2.27pm) very generous portions. Most delicious milkshakes I've tasted locally. Definitely be ordering again. A kebab and chips might be cheaper but comes no where near these guy trust me people it's worth the extra Penny's. Only criticism I have is maybe using boxes for the burgers as from just being wrapped in bag they could get squashed in transit and a chip or tooth pick to hold it together for smaller handed people to manage holding there half...
