I have been ordering takeaways from Raaja’s grill for almost 7 years being a loyal and regular customer despite the cost of living crisis. The service is usually excellent but on this occasion it was absolutely horrendous.
I ordered a meal which I thought included an item that it didn’t which I accept was completely my mistake. Despite this fact the way I was spoken to by the lady who answered the phone was completely unacceptable.
She was incredibly rude, and completely unwilling to help. She then said she had to go and abruptly hung up the phone. I couldn’t believe it. The food also arrived completely cold which was also unusual as the food is usually very good.
Regrettably I am very sad to say after really enjoying the food at Raajas over many many years I will not be ordering again, as nobody deserves to be spoken to the way I was ever. Especially as I am and was a very loyal customer when I’m spending my hard earned money here. Absolutely disgraceful! I will go elsewhere in future, the manner with customers must improve or regrettably more loyal customers...

Despite my efforts to be polite in an effort to build a positive relationship, she remains brazenly discourteous. It feels like they believe they can treat customers poorly because they are the only real chicken shop in town.
