Have lived in Rushden all of my life (70+years) Hall Park has always been a lovely place to visit. A couple of points I feel let it down a little are:- now the original children's play area is a dog paddock the newer children's area is a bit lacking in things for small pre school age children. The other problem is the lack of accessible Toilet facilities available for disabled visitors. I know there is a good size one in the Hall just inside the side door, but that door is always locked unless a function is in progress. A new toilet possibly in the corner of the car park behind the Hall or near to the Museum might be a good idea perhaps. Having said that the actual park land is beautiful and well maintained the flowerbeds a picture. A quiet place to...

A lovely area of greenery. It's not particularly very big and you can probably walk around it within 20 minutes. There is parking off of Hall avenue. There are toilets. There is also a museum open at the weekends. Dogs are allowed but on leads only. However, there is a section gated off specifically for free running dogs, otherwise known as the dog park. Plenty of bins. Plenty of benches. The paths are suitable for buggies in most areas. A children's play area with climbing frames too. There are events held at Hall Park some weekends in the summer, so do check their noticeboards.

A small area of nature set within a town, enough to make you believe you're in the country. Certainly not a day event though. Gates are...

I absolutely love this park. It was my playground as a child and I used to visit it daily to walk my dogs. Unfortunately I moved away from Rushden and Hall park is the thing I miss most about the town. I still go for a walk round it every few weeks though.

It's a leafy and well maintained park with a picturesque brook running through it. Play facilities exist for children, there are places to picnic or play football and ample benches. There are also plenty of dog waste bins but unfortunately dogs must be kept on lead throughout most of the park although there is a decently sized fenced off area were you can let them off.

I wish most towns had a...

Hall Park is a 10 minute walk from Rushden town centre. Large park with lots of trees and open spaces with a small childrens play area and there is also swings and a climbing globe for the bigger children. Lots of grassesd areas which are great for picnics. It also has a enclosed dog walking area. Free parking via one entrance, but there are several. Plenty of wildlife visit the park as well. Great place to relax and chill.

Very nicely kept, clean and tidy park. My puppy loves it. Big enough to get a decent length of walk in and the secure dog off lead area is an added bonus. There is a good sized car park for those coming from further away and public toilets. Play area for children and the town's museum. Also plenty of benches for a sit down.
