Excellent food, many choices and lots I hadn't tried before. The room was full but we could still hear each other talk unlike many places. We had poppadoms and pickles to start (there were no hot ones in this selection fyi), then "captain Kirk" chicken - very tasty, with green chillies in that were hot if you got a few in a mouthful. And prawn Rogan Josh (slightly spicy lots of small prawns), chicken tika masala (very nice mild creamy and slightly sweet, I couldn't eat too much of it ), cauliflower dish and lamb special (nice, mild, I preferred the other dishes but some of us preferred this one. We got 2 rice which was plenty for four of us plus 3 nan breads (we didn't managed to finish all the nan, and had a bit of sauces left). Read moreWe have been coming here for about a year and I have to say it’s a fantastic Indian when they get it right. The chicken tikka masala is a little bland but if you ask for Madras hot it is PERFECT.
We always take away and generally the time they say it’s ready, it’s generally ready. Plus they occasionally give us a few freebies (I think it’s because we order the same thing every time haha!) think they are trying to broaden our horizons.
