Staff were friendly, lots of seating inside and out, plenty of choice on the menu, clean premises, toilets were clean and smelled lovely.

I accidentally broke a plate and offered to pay to replace it but smiley lady said there was no need.

The coffee is really nice, not struck on the victoria sandwich cake (tad dry). The plum slice is just a slice of heaven on a plate. Bit too busy and noisy for my liking, but there again, any eaterie in a local community needs to be busy to survive, but I can tell you it''s worth the visit just for the village. Staff are nice...
