Sahara Chicken - Blackburn — Restaurant in England

I placed an order online, but upon arrival, I was told they hadn’t received it and that I’d need to return in an hour when the shopkeeper arrives. I explained that my schedule was tight as I was working today and couldn’t wait long for the food. I showed my online banking statement with the payment confirmation and the order confirmation email. I told them I had 30 minutes to spare and asked if they could prepare it within that time, to which they agreed.

I was informed that I couldn’t have a donner kebab as it was too early, which I understood. I requested a refund but was then told the donner kebab had already been prepared and was packed in the bag. Before leaving, I double-checked and asked twice if the large coleslaw was included in my bag, and I was reassured that it was.

When I got home, I discovered that the coleslaw was missing, and the donner kebab was made with dry, old, reheated meat, which went straight into the bin. It was a waste of money. The boneless chicken bucket, as always, was great, but the kebab and coleslaw I never received were a complete...

Not joking now this is thee best chicken shop in Blackburn by a huge distance, wayyyy better than Freddy's, Chesters or Dixxy chicken, the portion sizes are spot on, their fried chicken is delicious & full of tasty coating, the chips amazing and crispy, the size of the chicken fillet on the burger buns are huge, just everything here was absolutely spot on, even the sauces were the best, if I had to make a small complaint it was that the gravy wasn't that good so needs improvement but everything else was proper proper good, their pizzas are supposed to be amazing here so I think we'll get one of those next time, thanks guys for a great experience, they went above and beyond for all of our fussy demands without complain, we will be back...
